This tip comes straight from the YouTube playbook. They found that at 15 seconds viewership drops off. They found that this is a fairly universal trend. The best thing you can do is save the graphics and get straight to the point. Start off by telling the view why they should give you their attention. Give them a reason to keep watching first and they’ll be more likely to stick with you to the end.
